I hope I'm not late to this party, because I've been missing out then. Check that shit out, Final Fantasy II (my personal favorite after 8) in English, brand spanking new. And Zelda Outlands, on a cartridge (gold, of course). I really dig this, are there more places that sell hacked and/or translated roms thrown back into cartridges with really nice cover art? Because this is incredible to me.

I can only assume @WarLord would be interested as well, perhaps?

He has a few reproduction NES games, but he also has homebrew games. He's got some seriously cool developer tools for making your own repro/hack cartridges, like blank cartridges in several colors, even specialized EPROM burners that hook right up to your USB port. He even carries reproduction NES and SNES controllers with USB connectors, as well as adapters for plugging a real NES or SNES controller into your computer's USB port.

This is actually quite intriguing. If only they didn't cost so much... but I suppose that's the catch with collector-style stuff like this.

I've got a Yobo that plays NES, SNES, and Genesis games, and it yearns for more classic titles (and possibly not so classic titles) to grace its processors.



I wonder if this business cuts Nintendo a check to stay in operation.

Bad ass. If I had the money, I'd probably pick up Final Fantasy 2 and 3 for the NES.
