As absolutely none of you know, I'm a student of broadcast journalism at the University of Montana. It's actually one of the top schools of journalism in the country, and the work we do for our entry level classes is more intense than most news networks in the country require.
Recently, one of our alumni followed a Montana based punk band (Don't laugh. I know Montana might not seem like a normal breeding pool for a punk band, but we've actually got some pretty decent stuff. Well... decent if you're a fan of punk.) called King Elephant. The documentary is pretty solid. Indie documentaries are fucking HARD to do, let alone at feature length. I urge anyone to check this out. If you don't like it, no harm no foul, you didn't have to pay to watch it and could have closed out at any time. If you did, awesome, leave these guys feedback.
