Doors and shutters

I am using 2.5 build 24. This is my second quest and I am trying to use the DOR tileset. As far as shutters are concerned how do they work? My d-map is either overworld for houses and caves or interior for dungeons. They work on neither one. Is there a tutorial in place for this or if not could someone explain it please? Thank you in advance for any and all help.

Oooooooh, I've had this problem once. Did you set the level number to 1 or up, if the problem persists, then I don't know. Though I do not know how to fix the blueness.

On the other hand, I do spot a fairly major problem with the doors, and that is that you are using the wrong Door combo set.(Unless DoR has no cave doors, though I don't know, as I haven't used DoR.)

EDIT: I've noticed that the right door curiously isn't using normal door combo sets, but that's just a side note to myself so I can try to help :P.
