After about half a month of no home internet and trying to tether to my phone(which sucks) and leech on neighbors internet(which works decent IN THE GARAGE!) I finally got connected. I have no wifi and it is only ~3.25Mbps but it only costs me $10 bucks a month. I can live with it.
