For some years now, I've wanted to get a sex change operation. I'm tired of being this big hairy lumberjack-like figure.

I've always wanted to be a librarian. The doctors say I'm an excellent candidate for the operation, and it should go very smoothly.
The end result should be something like this:

Not needed. They said I can just eat a steady diet of fast food.

Someday people are just going to smile and nod, and sign your email up for LGBT newspapers when you do this, and tell you to be true to your inner self. You know that right

Doesn't worry me. They'll probably get lost among the emails for Viagra, disability, homeowner's insurance, and get-rich-quick schemes. :)

Is that a pack of L&Ms on the desk!? I would fucking love to be able to smoke in a library.

Everyone has the right to be happy and secure in their life. Not many people would post about something that a lot of folks don't understand or would pass judgement on. It takes a lot of courage to bring this up on such a powerful tool as the net for everyone the world over to view. I respect your courage.

Double-check the date on the post. It was a joke. :p

Try to avoid gravedigging on old threads like this though, unless there's a really good reason.

EDIT: Does this mean that I just post only in newer threads, create new ones and just forget the antiquated ones?:)

Try sticking with posts that are less than two months old. We are a sort of fickle, distracted bunch around here and unless you have more to add to an old thread than, "I agree..," or, "Me, too..," it will most likely be ignored. If you are interested in new discussion on an old topic, "What's your favorite console," "PC vs. Mac," "Boxers or briefs," go ahead and start a new thread rather than bring back one to which many of us have already contributed or seen.

/edit: Link-y (http://www.susans.org/) as per King Aquamentus.
