I'm confused

I find the description for this is very vague, I am still very uncertain at what Shattered Earth provides and it's reception does not offer it justice.

What exactly is Shattered Earth? And how is it an an online RPG?

Can you actually interact with other members in game? What goal is Shattered Earth trying to achieve. Is it functioning correctly to meet the standards of attracting some real time attention?

I am interested in this and want to know more.

Shattered Earth is an online action RPG with a sprite set used from Final Fantasy IV. You are placed into the land of Alunia in the lovely area near Freeport. The aim is like any other RPG where you do quests, fight monsters and level up. Currently, quests are not implemented. We would love to see more of a group challenge to go on in the future to explore epic dungeons and to slay the dragon!

It's an MORPG (Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). It had around 50? users back before a huge period of time where it was put on hiatus? And indeed you can interact and see other players in the game world.
