OSX 10.5.8 - won't even open

I downloaded v2.5. I double-clicked the Zelda Classic icon. It doesn't open. I just says, "The application Zelda Classic quit unexpectedly. In the zelda classic file, there these icons: std.txt, string.txt, zquest.txt, zscript.txt, zstrings.txt, ZQuest Editor, and Zelda Classic.

Am I missing something? Can my computer not play this game?

Make sure you have 1st.qst, 2nd.qst, 3rd.qst and 4th.qst in the same folder as ZC. I know nothing about OSX but I know ZC wont run without these quests or fake files named the same.
