Web Host Suggestions?

I'm looking to buy a domain for my fiancee and my etsy shop, to give it a bit more grandeur (and to catalog previous commissions we have done for customers). A few years back I used GoDaddy, but I remember having an incredibly difficult time with MySQL databases and various other issues (not that the services were absent, but that they were incredibly difficult to navigate my way through). I'm mostly interested in the cheapest prices, because this is going to be a small website.

What are some good deals out there?

I'm using GoDaddy, and I agree about the difficulty in navigation. It seems like they change the layout of their site every month or so. I always have to find a different route to the FTP uploader. I don't mind it other than that. They've been reliable and cheap, my top two concerns.

I use BlueHost for all of my websites. Never had a technical issue with them. Had a billing error once and they fixed it by the end of the day. I won't use anyone else anymore.
