We're off children... to the Californi!

Basically, this is one of the best games ever made. <-Not sarcasm. Just name the children after nearby buddies and it becomes one of the greatest interactive achievements of the 20th century. Did Mara break her other leg, or the same leg twice? Will we ever find where Nick was taken to by that hawk? Will Kanye ever get his clothes back from the thief?

My 7th grade history teacher used to always play this and a deer hunting game. Never been interested myself.

I'm in the extreme minority here, but I never played Oregon Trail in school. Yeah, we had our old-school Macs, but I wasn't among those who played Oregon Trail. Instead, I remember playing some stupid mad-libs styled game and some platformer/adventure game that I always thought of when playing the first Final Fantasy.
