Anybody have any specific flash game requests for the arcade?
Here are a couple good resources for finding good games.

Top 25 Flash Games of all Time (http://www.thegamereviews.com/article-1068-Top-25-Flash-Games-of-All-Time.html)

Yes please, and by that I mean, "anything that doesn't suck would be cool". :)
Is there a collection of them somewhere we can peruse? - I remember looking on the web for some free ones a while back without much luck.

Maybe Donkey Kong (The classic one that was on Arcade), that would be cool if that would be added :) (I'm good at Donkey Kong). or maybe Galaga I always like that game!

Thought I could get to this before heading out, but I've had trouble finding sites to get the games from that are still up, and most of them are paid.
I've got 1000 flash games I downloaded, but I'm not quite sure how to package them for this specific hack yet.
Sorry, guys, but I'll make it a priority for when I get back.

I've played several good games on other flash game specific sites. My guess is even though they are free to play you would need to buy them to host? Either that or there's some sort of contract involved. I'm not sure of the process. I't be awesome to have some high quality games if they were available.

I'm about to add Galaga and Donkey Kong now. rf13, do you have any particular yeti games you'd like? There are hundreds, haha.
If anybody wants to search for games they're interested in, go here. (http://www.ibpdownloads.com/ipb/)
The download limit for registered members is two games per day, so I will download them as I can. If you have the time and want to help, you can register and download games you're interested in and send them to me for upload.

Edit: (To clarify, the first site just makes installation easy. As I've said, I have over 1000 backed up to the computer but they have to be manually installed.)

In Galagon 2004, the enemies are insanely fast and it is very difficult.

Yeah, couldn't really find anything better. There's always Space Invaders.
I don't know if this is a glitch, but the Donkey Kong game only has one level. No matter how many times you reach Paula, the difficulty will not spike, the listed height will not change, and the level will not increase.
It's not really a problem, it's just a thing.

Lol, seems like a problem to me. I'll see if I can come up with a different version. Thanks.
Edit: Actually, some help might be nice. If anybody can find a version that does progress, send me a link to the game. It would be much appreciated.

Cool. I didn't know if VB supported all the IBP Arcade games or not. I'll take a closer look at some of them when I have more time. For now I've got:
Zuma, 3D Logic Cube, Planarity, are decent puzzle games.
Vector Tower Defense, Desktop Tower Defense, Flash Tron look cool.
If there is a flash version of Millipede/Centipede (classics!) also.
[edit] CAD: Here are the other Galaxian/Galaga games at IBP: http://www.ibpdownloads.com/ipb/index.php?app=arcade&c=220
[edit 2]LOL. Quote from that page I just linked:
Galaxians
[a mix of space invaders and galaga shoot them up]
(v2) Current High Score Champ

Lol. Yeah, Galaxians is so similar to Space Invaders I didn't really see the point. I'll get the other ones though, thanks.

I doubt it could track high scores, but is it at all possible to get Super Mario Crossover? at all??
Also, the Heli attack series is good.

Since you asked nicely... (http://armageddongames.net/arcade.php?do=playfull&gameid=25)
Score tracking won't work. Still need a small size icon if somebody wants to make one...Just download one of the other small sized icons to get proper dimensions.
Newer versions than that don't work currently. Don't know if that's due to compatibility or protection. But it has all of the characters.
As far as the rest of the ideas, give me some time. Got a lot going on.

it's SMBC2, so that should be good enough.
As far as game dimensions go, I can see everything alright, but it feels cluttered. Maybe a 15% screen increase will do the job?
Thanks, CAD. I didn't know/think this was actually possible to implement. At least for a forum arcade.

Apparently the size is hard coded in the file. I made it as big as possible, leaving what appears to be a small, equal border on all sides...which I'm going to leave.
According to the main site, the only way to make it bigger is to reduce your resolution to 800x600. Annoying, but I tested it and it's quite a bit bigger. You can always do that while you're playing.
No problem at all.

Added Super Mario 63, which is pretty good from what I've read. This is the newest version that I could acquire, so the level editor does not work.
I'll try to get a couple more before I head back to work. Again, these games won't always be the newest versions available because the newer versions are usually protected.

Pretty sure those graphics aren't 63 bit.

SMB 63 takes forever to load for me then crashes. ...It's likely my browser though, not an issue with the game.
Any chance on some of the more "arcade"ish suggested games -- whats up with some millipede, tron, dr.mario yo?

What browser?
It's definitely one of the more taxing games. How're your specs?
Working fine for me in Firefox with all quality settings to high.

Firefox. It's just way too high profile for a flash game for this craptop to handle.

Yeah, I don't like these AAA flash titles. I like competitive mindless arcade bullshit like ms pac man, etc.
