If you google "clothes maxx," the top result is T.J. Maxx, a clothing store. T.J. is the name of one of the lead characters of Recess. (http://recess.wikia.com/wiki/T.J._Detweiler)

Indeed, TJ Maxx is what popped into my head, but my first guess was Tom & Jerry.
