Nth Agent

Okay, this one gets a little complicated.

The first post declares an act of espionage performed by a secret agent. Then, the second post explains how that action was actually performed as a double cross by a double agent. Then, the third post explains how... you know what? Examples work better.
To avoid being incendiary, we'll use Kaos and Control from "Get Smart" as our rivaling agencies.

1st
Agent Smith steals artillery schematics from Kaos.
2nd
But actually, he was working for Kaos, and so provided false schematics.
3rd
But Control was aware of this, so they sent Smith undercover as one of their own agents to trick Kaos, while he triggered the self-destruct sequence.
4th
Or so they thought, for Smith was actually a Kaos agent all along, and instead of triggering the self-destruct he gave everyone ice cream!
5th
But that was all part of Control's plan, and the ice cream was laced with laxative.


If an agent's cover becomes too complicated (Two days between posts), he is unmasked and killed. The next poster begins again with a new agent.




I'll start.

Agent Johnson was sent by Control to infect Kaos's tomato crop with aphids.

But he was secretely working for Kaos and instead released them into some random farmer's field instead.

But that was all a ruse to trick Kaos, for the aphids were actually nanobots that make crops grow more quickly!

I refuse to let this game expire! ...At least for one more try.


Agent Johnson was killed in action.


Agent Gary from Control was ordered to start a flame war on the Kaos message boards.

*sorry I ws busy and couldn't think of a good reply to the previous post, so here we are*

However. Agent Gary instead trolled the Control message boards and started a flame war there

But this was all part of Control's plan! For the one member that did not react to the Trolling was no doubt an undercover Kaos agent! Gary's actions were designed to flush that agent out.

Agent Gary however, had been keeping in touch with the lone member through email and together they put into action a series of hacking attempts to disable the board's activities

(Yeah, I'm getting the vibe that nobody likes this game. So we'll let it go comatose whenever you want. There will be no more struggling against the inevitable for me.)

But the Kaos agent wasn't particularly bright, so Gary (Under the supervision of Control) was able to convince him that hacking is done by hitting firewood with an axe. Now Control has a never-ending supply of kindling for their fireplace.

Kaos instructs their agent to lace the foor with toxic materials that spread in the air when burned. Also he offers them smores. EVIL SMORES.
