Beat Hazard is a music-based space shooter game. The action and intensity of the game depends on how intense the music is at that particular moment. The speed of the enemy and their weapons, as well as your own weapons, is dictated by speed of the music through out the track. It can get pretty hectic, as you can see, if you're ballsy enough to try on Dragonforce. :P

It's a ton of fun. I can certainly recommend it for a bit of quick time wasting.

Oh the seizures are part of the fun sir! O_O My only wish is that a solid circle of color would constantly surround the player ship so we knew where it is at all times in space, no matter how crazy the action gets all around it. Otherwise, you can easily get lost in the chaos.

Other than the action being controlled by the music, this looks like a mix between Asteroids and Gradius! Quite intense!
