I use Grooveshark at work. My coworkers love Spotify.

I just signed up for the premium account to try it out. So far its pretty nice. I like being able to save playlists for offline listening and I haven't found an album I like that they don't have.

I haven't tried Grooveshark (or r'dio, or any other streaming services).

My one problem with Spotify is the last of radio stations - in non-us versions, you can just set it to play Pandora like stations, and not need to constantly feed ti music you want to hear.

Otherwise, it's awesome, since you can almost always hear that song that's been stuck in your head.
