How come i cannot play the zelda classic game after downloading?

i have tried downloading this game, and emulators, and such for it.. it still will not let me get into the game to start playing.. does anyone understand why?

Emulators and Zelda Classic are complete different things. Quest files made by Zquest are not roms.
