bombs on Zelda Classic 2.10

i have a problem with using and picking up bombs, although i pick them up it wont let me keep them in my supplies. ive gone to Zelda editor and changed maximum to 8 even though i dont remember ever being on zero but it still wont allow me to use them so i vant get past dodonga, any helpful ideas?

I've had the same problem in the "2.10 test" quest (or whatever it's called). I also seem to be unable to use the (Blue) candle, making trying to get through Level 4 even harder.

That's because it starts the player off with no magic. Both of these issues have been fixed in the 2.10.2 version of 2.10test.
