Can't Save Quest!

I have been playing around with the quest maker and put alot of effort into it, but when I try to save the file it says "Error Saving Fire.qst"

Maybe right-click on the file and go to Properties on the file that you are working on and uncheck "Read Only" at the file attribute section.
