Custom Subscreen Question

I was just wondering something. I am going to do a lot of work on my subscreens, and since I am going to make a few changes for different type of subscreens, I was wondering something.

Is there any way to copy and paste a subscreen? For example, if I wanted to just change one thing on a subscreen but everything else be exactly the same, you would have to built each thing by hand. So is there a way to copy and paste a subscreen so that I don't have to rebuild 20 subscreens by hand? (Just so I can make one as a templete and do my minor changes) Just wondering if that is possible, since there is so much hot keys and such. lol

I don't know the answer to your question shoe, but I would think if not, you could export and import them, to get the same result
