Boss/Enemy Tile/graphic editing

Anyone know how to edit and change the graphics for enemies and bosses?
i have some sprites i would like to turn into a boss and enemies but not sure how to go about making it work.

Enemies and Bosses can be changed in the tile list.
Just find the ones you want to replace and do so.
