Zelda a link to another dimension

I need help on this quest.

I arrived at the boss of the second dongeon in the dark world (here we got the bow and arrow) and I don't know how to defeat it (normally we must use the whistle but I don't have it).

I also would like a little help on this quest.

I can't get by the second room in the first dungeon. I can get the key but cannot get aroud the traps to the locked door. There must be another entrance. I have played many Zekda quests but none had a first dungeon like this one. I am ready to throw out this quest and look for another one.
