Our mall is a Westfield, and they've never done anything like that. Hell, I just got back from it about half an hour ago, and I was talking to a guy there about golf swings.

The rule is ridiculous. Nevertheless, so is the lawsuit. A mall, or other place of business that is privately owned can kick anyone off their premises for any reason they want.
