i would think a nice frosty grey. Like a silver colour that looks a bit whitish. I would first put eye primer on to help everything stay in place. Then i would put the grey/silver eye shawdow first and put that colour at the begining of the eye lid and at the middle of the eye lid i would use the dark blue. Blend it well and make it look like it nicely fades into the dark blue;because if you use the dark blue at the begining of the eyelid it will too harsh and may make you look tired esp if your light. I personally like to wear black eyeliner to make the eye shawdow stand out more.
