I wasn't sure where to put this, but it isn't a big issue, you can fix it in Zquest
This is a little bug I found while playing the official 2nd quest packaged with ZC: 2.5 build 1283 windows.
If you use the whistle with 7 or 8 Triforce pieces, you may end up here:

This is a permastuck spot - you can't whistle out of it.
