So whats everyone doing for work these days? I'm working as a software support tech at a company in St. Louis. Our company does Public Safety Software, which handles police reports, 911 calls, jail booking, etc. I'm also still in the Army, but doing Reserve time. Lucky for me, I found a unit that doesn't deploy, so I shouldn't be going anywhere any time soon. I'm also drumming for a hard rock band, and I'm getting better and better by the day. I picked up drumming for the first time in February of last year.

I work in the Connections/Electronics department at Walmart because I lost my good job through sheer stupidity.

Four years ago I started attending Baylor University. This December, I will graduate. Hopefully then I'll have something to report about a job. :)

I was an in-house graphic designer for an atv/watersports/etc. company in St. Paul, then I was laid off. Now I'm an in-house web developer for another company just outside of Minneapolis.

Potentially going back for a masters in education, once I get myself out of the hole from being unemployed for 7 months.

Ooh, which Wal-Mart, the one on South High? that's the one I go to.

Right now, I work at a restaurant up here in Lake Delton. I make salads, and deserts. When I go back to Ohio in September, I'm not sure what I'll do. I'll probably go through a temp service or something, while working on other stuff, and hoping things will pan out.

Or maybe, in five years, I'll "wise up" and go to college, that way I can be in debt for the next 15 years. Either way, I kinda go from job to job. I'd like to be a video game designer, or a writer someday.

Clearly it's not a living, but I'm a student at Ohio State. Electrical and Computer Engineering, honors. In other words, pain.

No, but I think that's the only Walmart I know of in existance that's not a Super Walmart lol. I don't live in Columbus anymore, I'm back in Newark, so I work at one of the ones here.

'General Assistant' at Poundland. I've been stuck on the tills for the last month or so. I now wish death on every single customer that walks through the front door.

I work in a group home for developmentally disabled adults... Basically, I hang out at their house for eight hours, cook, clean, and that's about it.

It's not wise to go around posting your phone number like that.

I'm weathering the recession abroad as a neo-imperialist colonizing Shanghai and pillaging the locals.

My day job is teaching physics at an international high school.

I knew you were doing something in China. Didn't realize it was teaching. That's really cool. I have a friend from high school who is teaching in Korea. My wife wants to teach abroad someday.

i work at a historic hotel that has seen the likes of al capone and preisdent truman in its long history. my job there: move tables and chairs within a limited space to the whims of any wacko that books an event (wedding, meeting, party, etc) and hope they don't want a dance floor in the grand ballroom. Hate those things. :banghead:

I have been attending Oklahoma City University, and graduate in May.
I also work as a freelance musician. I have a small private percussion studio that I teach, I perform with all kinds of random stuff, and I (most importantly) write music. I will be attending graduate school in the fall, and continue to build my portfolio and professional reputation so that I may make a (good) living being a composer/conductor.

Not a job, but at times it feels like one: posting in this thread (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21250). Read it and it'll all make sense.

It hasn't worked out too well because I don't have the guts to step in front of a moving car.

My job is fair spamming but it comes with a GREAT neckbeard schedule, a ton of time off to masturbate, and I make a ton of money crusty tissues. So my life is defined not by my job but what I do on my time fleshlight.
