Help getting 2.10 to run

Well my system is windows xp. Recently I had updated the graphics card to a geforce 9600gt and since then haven't been able to get it to work. Is there any help that might be offered? It keeps saying that it encounters a problem and must close.

Get 1228 windows from http://www.shardstorm.com/ extract all get Zelda Classic http://www.zeldaclassic.armageddongames.net/downloads.php/ make sure both 1228 and Zelda Classic (say 2.10) are in different folders. Open up both the folder that has Zelda Classic (say 2.10) and the Zelda Classic that has zlaunch-w make the window with Zelda Classic (say 2.10) smaller click back on the folder with zlaunch-w and put it in Zelda Classic's (say 2.10's) folder click on zlaunch-w choose desired to open and bingo!
