How do you... (End of Time DX related)

Ok I just reached Ganon but didn't fought him because I prefer to finish the game after having everything in my start menu. I missed 2 items from the right box.

One is the Blue stone and I do know where it is, just have no clue how to get it.

And besides the space where there's supose to go a fish I have no idea what should go in the other space area I have left.

Please don't tell me what to do. Very small hints can help me incredibly and I will appreciate it of you if you don't spoil me with what to do ;)

So, I have noticed the whole mountain are filled with differnt colored crystal stones but to this point I think they are just graphics and nothing else.

So in the room where the blue stone is... am I missing an item or do I have to solve this outside of the room?

And about the item I'm missing besides the fish and the stone, give me a hint where it is.

Again, small hints ;)

Ok I beat the game and now the Blue stone was available...weird.

But I'm still missing one item in the right box under the fish.

It's the space for the Orange bomb... sighs.

I should be more carefull next time.
