Is now included in ZC's downloads as of build 1232.
Here is a small set of example usages for most of the functions.

Hmmm... It's not available on the windows build of 1228 though.

any chance you could provide a download for the file here? or should we just wait for the next build?

Edit: just checked 1229, it doesn't seem to be in there either....

Still not there.

..And don't forget about strstr() memmove() and atoi()! :P

edit: nvrmnd.. Took a look there.

I haven't been at home, then I was out last night, at work all day and then I'm going out again in a bit.

I'll have you know I have not forgotten strstr memmove or atoi. (I think) the only one I missed was strtok because it didn't look to be particularly easy to do.
