Vargen's 1st quest improved Help Please.

I was wondering 2 things where do i find the bracelet and how do i get through the 3rd dungeon i go through the under ground passages but when i get back up there is lava around the door and the door stays closed, how do i open the door.

Please help i really like this quest a lot
