Fragmented Lands help needed

I dug deep into the vaults and dusted this quest off to play again.

I got stuck in Level 7, 2nd floor. I remember being stuck there the first time I played but i can't remember
what I did to change the warp portal so I can get the Red Ring.
Does anyone remember what needs to be done?

Any clues and/or hints would be appreciated.
