I haven't tried ZC 2.5 for like forever now and haven't played with ZC for long but this impressed me

Would I require programming/C++ experience to create this cutscene in ZC 2.5? or there is a function which add's the ability to make cutscenes in the recent ZC beta's? is there a tutorial on how to create it just in case?
also I don't have ZC 2.5 installed but I may download it someday.
