Does anyone know where level 3 is? And how do I get the stepladder?

Blow your shitle between the white stones at the western lake. There is a spot where it's obvious to do something. :) The stepladder is in a shop. You need the red candle to open the cave. There are only a few big trees and bushes where you can use the red candle, so you should find it easily.
