Ok, so after a bit of googling, I saw that the Wii supports any USB keyboard. So I'm typing this post on my Wii with my regular USB keyboard, surfing the internet on my TV. Awesome.

I'm enjoying youtube.com/tv, which is specially designed for game consoles accessing youtube videos. Neato.

At first I thought the Wii Internet browser was cool, but pointless. Then I realized I could watch Homestar Runner on my TV, which is awesome.

I got a computer in my room, which fixed that problem that my Wii was supposed to fix. (Had no internet in my room; could post from my room at night, etc.) My TV is actually worse than my computer Monitor at this point, so I've pretty much stopped using my Wii except for Brawl and Okami.

Uh, you can use virtually any USB keyboard to type with on your Wii... yea you could pay more for one that is the same colour (ooh, fancy!) as your Wii and has a (ever so handy) logo stating it is for the Wii plastered on it some where.

That's what I do with my 360. I'll buy a PS3 when they put a sequel/remake of Vagrant Story on it.

Wait - how do you use your 360 as a browser? I use mine for watching netflix, but I thought you weren't able to surf the web with the damned thing...

Heh, Rock, I had a similar thought process. The day I realized i could just hit "Random" on the SBemail list and provide hours of background entertainment while I use the computer was glorious.

There is no browser unfortunately. But you can stream movies over your network from a nearby PC. So just download some seasons of your favorite shows or movies, pop them in a shared folder, and bam. Watch them on your TV.
