Hello guys and gals! Again, it's been a while... I mean, I only post here like, once every fourth month or something. Heh.
Anyways, I've completed the second, and last, demo of my game, The Hylian Phoenix.
Now, this isn't your usual "go get triforce, have it with the princess" typr quest.
No, the gameplay actually works a lot more like OoT and TP, where the story really advances the game.
The demo includes the beginning of the game, and goes all the way to the end of the "prologue". Don't freak out just yet though... the prologue lasts roughly about two hours for the casual gamer, and has 3-4 dungeons, depending on what you call a "dungeon".
There are no "levels" in the demo though, so don't expect to get any "new" items that you have to use to defeat the boss of that specific dungeon, other than a sword and bombs.
As I said, the first part of the game acts as a prologue. This is the beginning of an epic adventure out of proportions.
Yes, the game is going to be huge...
Anyways, since the game uses build 984, it uses scripts too. Because of this, if you want to talk to a NPC, you have to walk up to him or her and hit A.
Every single person in the first village can talk. In fact, most people in the game can, with the exception of a specific thug standing around somewhere in the forest. (Simply because I haven't added a script to him yet)
Other features:
95% Custom music by Nuvo and Nicklegends.
Heavy usage of scripted cutscenes.
All bosses has been scripted by Joe123.
Epic scenery, with lots of detail.
Moderate difficulty setting.
The list goes on....

This is REALLY important. The newer AND older builds makes it impossible to complete the demo.

Anyways, I'd love some comments. Me, Joe123 and Nuvo have all spent a lot of time on this, whereas Joe has made all the scripts, Nuvo has made the music and I've made the game and story.
