Great work Masa. Glad I could help you out with some of it, it can be a little tricky with some things. I'm still working on syncing when it comes to characters talking, so hopefully I can guide you with that next.

When I get home I'll dig up a Work In Progress that I never finished. A parody of Resident Evil. It still has its flaws and can be out of sync, but I'll look for the source and see if you can learn from that as well.

I've updated the timing a bit for parts that were a bit too fast. I think it's almost perfect now. I just need to add a play button. Does anyone know why some parts that I set to scroll in and out of the stage appear when opened in a browser? Or would I need to put it in an html document and define dimensions where to be cut off?

It's just finishing the song. It doesn't loop, correct? It just finishes the song then stops?

It sounded like it looped. The song finished thru the fast part... then started the slow part (after the video ended) and then started the faster rhythm again.
