Secret Flags/Combos are ignored to see if link can move onto an adjacent screen or not. This is obviously related to the raft bug.

Er, what do you mean? To the best of my knowledge, no flag inhibits Link's movement.

Unwalkable combos on edge of screen that make them walkable, but when like triggers a secret they'll become walkable. He'll won't be able to return the way he came when he checks out the secret.

The solution to this one requires, well, performing the convoluted Screen Secrets process on a distant non-loaded screen as soon as Link tries to walk into that screen.

For this kind of reasons I don't use Smart Screen Scrolling. I remember I couldn't make a sidewarp with it if the screen next to the sidewarp had unwalkable tiles. Maybe that's fixed already though.
