It's really over

We, me and my ex, I guess brokered a deal with my ex's parents last week. She is going to the hospital for an indeterminate period, then she will be allowed to go home. I haven't seen her for the better part of three days now, and I have no way of contacting her while she is in the hospital. I feel kind of guilty, like I've done something bad. I don't want her back but I don't know.

Don't feel guilty about it. Staying with her would have just screwed both of you over in the long run. You made the right descision.

For the record, you should not feel guilt over forcing someone who is mentally ill to get the help they need. For your own mental health, DO NOT become romantically involved with her again.

I've always thought you were just trying to get attention and this seals the deal. Stop trying to get everyone to feel sorry for you through an online forum. The majority of your posts I have a hard time believing.
