View Full Version : Freeform Combos & Direct/Sensitive Warps

If a freeform combo's combo type is "direct warp [A, B, C, D, or Random]" or "Sensitive Warp [A, B, C, D, or Random]", and the freeform is moving, if it hits Link or Link runs into it, shouldn't link be warped? It doesn't seem like he does. I need this for a custom boss...he throws a projectile at Link, which is really a sensitive or direct warp that sends him to an identical screen where a cut-scene occurs.

Is this not supposed to work? Or do such combo types not work as Freeform Combos?

The alternative would be to use Link->PitWarp from a script. The exact usage depends on how your boss is set up, and whether or not you're already using scripting.
