I was reading about this. I think Reggie responded to questions about this by saying that Nintendo didn't give him a development license because he didn't have enough talent or something like that.

Well, lesse if this game is actually WORTH all the fuss...

Personally, I don't think so. When he was hyping it, I was hyped. but the moment he "broke down" and pulled all the publicity crap, my interest tremendously dropped.
