trouble editing tiles

Hi. I've been playing around with Zelda Quest Editor for a while, and have now learned enough to start a small game. The only problem, oddly, is that I Don't know how to open the tile editing window. I use Zquest 1.92 for Mac.

Quest menu, -> Graphics -> Tiles.
