OK yesterday I downloaded the latest windows build. And I was ripping some tiles. When I accidentally pressed shift while selecting a tile and I was able to rip two tiles at a time. Then I found that I can rip the whole sprite sheet, with one grab. No need to use that, god awful leech feature.
Then I found if I hold ctrl+arrow keys, I can pick the tiles in a different spot than normal. Lets say there is four combo I want but they are not laid out right. It gos one half tile to the right. With the ctrl+arrow keys I can rip them correctly.
So to sum this up. I don't know who or when these were implemented but I love you! Whom ever did this!!!!

Quite a long time ago.
Try pressing 's' too.

I'm quite sure that's been around since 1.9X

I wish I would have know long ago! What does pressing 's' do? All I seen was the step changes from 1-8-16. But it only looks like it grabs like normal.

Well.
Set the step to 1, then click where you want to grab with the mouse.

I actually never knew about the Ctrl+Click feature, but I've never needed it. I've known about "s" for the longest time.
Actually, sort of on topic... To go "Quest -> Graphics -> Sprites -> Misc/Weapons" and there is a new "behind" button. When was that implemented? What is the nature of the behindness precisely? :)
Oh, and what's the difference between the "Auto Flash" and "2P Flash" just above that "Behind" button?
Oh, and one of these days, we should find a list of those "Miscellaneous type" values. :p

I am assuming that the behind option draws the sprite (wait for it...) behind Link.
I could be wrong, though.
Behind Link, and behind enemies.

Thank you. Oh, and what's the difference between the "Auto Flash" and "2P Flash" just above that "Behind" button please?

I think autoflash cycles through palettes 6, 7, and 8 and 2P flash flip-flops between the current palette and a second palette.
