View Full Version : Zelda Classic Runs Slow....

Well, I just found ZClassic about 20 mins ago. I installed it and it runs very slow... laggy. The NES run Zelda 1 millions faster. Whats up?

My system:
HP DV6210us
AMD Tritun 64 2.0GHz (Dual Core)
3GB Ram
160GB Hard Drive
nVidia 7150m Video
I have WIndows XP Pro SP3 on this system.

BTW, I ahve looked around and didn't see anyone else with this problem. If I midded another post on this, I'm Sorry for double posting.

Is it just the gameplay that's slow? Try pressing F1 to toggle the throttle and see if that fixes your issue.

What version are you running? Can you provide a link to the version you downloaded?

I downloaded version 2.10 from your site here. F1 makes it run really fast.

Now its running ok.

For elaborative purposes: So the problem is that there's no happy medium between having it on or having it off? It runs either far too slowly, or far too quickly?

Try one of the betas. 971, for instance...
