Where exactly is Level 8? I've had some difficulty finding it after searching for a while. Moreover, I've bombed 2 locations in the North-Eastern section of the map on the way to Level 5, but cannot enter either location (error?). Any help would be appreciated.

Level 8 is in the top-center area of the map that you can only reach with the ladder. You need to bomb a certain spot across the water(a la L8 in the second quest)...the place you bomb is actually at the very top of the screen so it's difficult to find if you're not looking there.
