How do I change to Zelda 3-esque?

When you open a new quest, there's an option to have it be Fixed-NES, NES, etc. Once I select that, can I change it?

Yeah, it's just a certain set-up of the quest rules.
If you go to Quest->Rules, you can set it up however you like.
