Layering Combos?

I was hoping that I would be able to combine several different combo types by using the three ground layers. It seems that only the bottom one works. I was hoping that I could combine shallow water with slow walk and damage for my swamp. Is there a way to do this, without scripting, or am I out of luck?

if your using the latest beta from shardstorm, check out the quest rules and see if there is something in regards to layering combos on layers above 0.

I believe it was made a feature to allow spikes and stuff on 1 or 2 layers above the bottom one.

Ah, that did it. Thanks, I missed that. I dosen't help with the third combo, but the damage and water will work fine.
