Continue with full life

Hey, I'm using ZC 2.11 Build 923 and I'm wondering, how do you make link start will full life whenever he continues? In the older versions, you could find this in rules. Although, I've looked through all of the rules and I can't find anything. Any help?

Quest -> Initial Data -> Misc.

That doesn't work. In previous versions, you'd go into rules and check continue with full life. That isn't here, and I've done everything there is in MISC data.

Quest -> Init Data -> Misc.

Enter "100" in the "Continue HP" field and click the checkbox next to the %.

That quest rule is way outdated; Init Data is the new way.
