masturbating and sex, or both, are good ways too.

I prefer physical exercising.

My leaft click button my laptop broke today. The bubble popping just made me more stressed without the button.

Cruel, cruel irony.

Laptop mouse-thingies suck. Get a USB mouse.

I can't. The makeshift desk I'm using (which fits right over my favorite chair) is barely big enough for the laptop, let alone a mouse. Plus, I hate USB mouses. I prefer track pads.

Trackballs (http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=Trackball&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2) are the answer. You can't fling a USB Mouse out the window as easily.

I have a trackball mouse... and absolutely love it. When the ball does happen to fall out... Teddy chases it all over the place. Thankfully it's too big for him to swallow. :)

Does no one play any video games after a long day? Seems to do the trick for me although it can really make me lazy at times.

Of course we do hon. But spicing up the activities helps. Play a game for awhile... then go pop some bubblewrap ... then play some more game... then go eat... and then go outside for awhile...

It all helps.

Yeah, well riding my bike seems to help that. I try to stay away from my room because of the roommates I got stuck with, so not only does it get me out of my room, but it also gets me pretty tired; plus the fresh air is great (and the speed going down some hills).

When I lived with my parents, we lived right next to a big, steep hill, and I used to love to ride my bike down to the corner store at the end of the street down the hill to buy an ice cream sandwich. Almost every time, I would put on In the Hall of the Mountain King (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzyi3C4gNnE&fmt=18) on my MP3 player as I rode down the hill. Little feels as exhilarating as racing down a steep hill to that music.
