How do I force ZQuest to open an Autosave?

If ZQuest crashes it offers to open the most recent auto save, Is there a way open them manually? I can't see any autosave files when I try to open a file the normal way.

I think the most recent autosave will end with a .qs0 extension. Rename the extension to either .qsu or .qst (you may have to rename the filename part as well) and it should open.
