Alright this quest has been up a few days now, but only now did I bother to make a thread announcing it. Wasn't sure how many people were really paying attention before, so here it is now!

Go into the west woods, You have to do some typical questing after that. Burn bushes, solve a maze...

uh is there a wooden sword in the game? cuz all I got is the candle (and seven hearts) and theres no way ill be able to get 100 rupees from monsters with that.:(

You're told where the sword is by a resident of town. If you just can't look around town for some information first, there's nothing I can do to help you. Sorry. :/ Glad you found it, though.

Level 7 is up there on Misery Mountain, but you have to solve said maze to get in. Off the top of my head, I can't remember the solution for sure, and I'd go look it up but I'd have to boot 2.10 zquest to do it (and right now I gotta go eat) but there should be someone up on that mountain that knows. Beware however that Level 7 plays backwards from the other dungeons, meaning you start in the goal room with the item, and have to work to find the exit. So, once you go in, there's only one way out. You might want to pack.

Level 8 isn't far from Port Ruby. You just need to sail from the town's harbor using a raft (which you can also get for free in the area of Misery Mountain close to Sapphire City.) Level 8's official prize is the red ring, but if you stick around, you may find other things too.

old skool, i made LVS 7 and 8, i think i am read for LV 9 , but i still missing the bow , do you remeber where can i find it ?? in the red ring LV there was a block i could not push and the lens says that there is a stair below, what i am missing ?

I got the hammer allready, i just took the snapshot before i enter LV 7, on my way to find the bow !

Ah ok, but where did you get the lens of truth?

Um, you don't burn a bush to get the bow. You navigate the lost woods to reach the bow dungeon. There is a maze path you still have to navigate. If you can't find the bow, you've probably forgotten about that maze in the woods.

Also, Falvern, Raysouza pretty much answered your question with the screenshot. I don't recognize your very tiny screenshots, Ray ( D:!? ), but Falvern, the ultimate goal of Level 8, if you stick around after getting the ring, is said lens. Don't take this to mean that it is in that room under that staircase, or anything. I honestly can't recognize where in level 8 that's supposed to be.

Oh sorry you're right about the bow Old-skool, I was thinking of something else...sorry to seem misleading. Ok and about the lens I don't know what I missed in level 8 but I cannot for the life of me find the lens even though I did retrieve the red ring. What do you mean "if you stick around?" You can PM me if you don't want to give it away in here ;)

Ok I don't get it Old-skool....I've bombed every wall, whistled in every room and burned ever bush but I can't get past a few rooms with dead-ends in level 8. Are you sure the lens is in level 8? There is one room where it's narrow and there are bats in it and a bomb doesn't work there. There's another room where I can bomb north, south and west but not east where those jumping things that turn into bats are (dark room), and there are a few others but I've bombed every single wall I can see but nothing else is there. Is it that obvious or amd I missing something here? :confused:

The terrain gets a little... short deep inside the dungeon. Those maps don't tell the whole picture you know. Remember how the blue ring dungeon was? you had to "wear" the ring, so to speak. Here, you just gotta go up instead of to the left.

lol I'm so confused, read my edited post before this one. I tried everything I know but I'm not getting it :(
And is there a map for level 8 because I haven't found it yet?

I'm positive it is in Level 8. There's a whole section of the visible map you haven't explored! You bomb the north side of one of the rooms bound west/east (aka the bottom row of rooms). One of these leads you to the Red Ring as you know, but there's another one that leads to a screen with some rickety ground. Most all unwalkable pit (black water?). You can maneuver through it though (I don't THINK you need the ladder...) point is around these spots, you need to try everything. Sometimes you do have to walk through walls after all.

Alright I've tried to walk through every wall and I haven't found any...I've also seen a few screens with black water that don't lead me anywhere it seems....below I've included some screenshots of where I've bombed or see something that you may be able to help me with because I'm not seeing what I need to do here.

fourth: I think this was a phony clue. Sort of a "this looks odd hahahah nothign here go back"

fifth: Yeah that's the pit room, but there's nothing on that north wall

sixth: Nothing hidden here.

seventh: ...this file got screwed up I think. it wants me to download it like it doesn't understand what it is.

eight: turn seven and eight into PNG's like the others. :/ Or, if you figure the dungeon out from here, don't worry about it

I didn't exactly build the quest for ease! XD Though of course these things are optional. :P The only dungeon outside of Level 9 you actually NEED to go through before defeating Ganon is the Bow dungeon in the emerald forest.

Thanks Old-skool, I found the lens and with it I stumbled upon the Magical sword. I'm just missing the mirror shield and I'll be set. Where should I search for it?

Old-skool, call me dummy, but i dont know what i missing in LV 9.
i made all the left portion, get the 2 entrance, made almost everything on the right portion going up, found the blue arrow, going down found the compass. and everything looks like dead ends for me.
took 2 snaps for you if you can help me find Ganon.
