Special item caves

I just would like to know if the special item caves have been fixed in the current build, so the special items wouldn't appear again after getting claimed by Link, such as the typical "heart container or red potion" room ... in the earlier versions, it was possible to get both items and you could just visit the room again and get another bunch of items (same cave, items never disappeared) ... that's all I wanna know. :)

I dunno, but if I wanted to find out, I would take the 2 minutes it takes to set up a sample quest to test it.

Edit: Yes, it appears that "Take One Item" rooms function as they should.
