Add comments in PureZC.com

How do I add comments in PureZC.com? I am logged in and I click View/Add comments for submitted quest and there is no add comments box where you can type in your comments. Why is that? I see millions of people able to add comments to their quest except me.

Can you help me? Thanks!

You need 15 or so posts before you can comment on peoples' works outside of the forums.
